Normally the product will be sent via the shipment option you have choosen within 48 hours during business day. Please check your delivery address information enetered before checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery or shipping information. Customers may be charged for additional shipping fee for any undelivered shipment due to customer's incorrect address entered on the website. Any order that needs to be re-shipped will be charged at the same shipping charges that apply to the original order.
Tracing your parcel
Every purchase made with us with be tracable via postal service online tracking system. You may obtain the tracking number by login to your account or e-mail us at email@example.com if you are purchasing as guest.
We will collect payment when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order such as the product becoming obselete at the time of purchase, we will issue you a full refund.
Damaged Goods / Faulty Goods
If you suspect a fault with your product please contact us immediately. Lemon Rx E-shop order ID must be provided. If such product isn't purchased from this website, please contact your local retailer for service. If there is an obvious defect and the product needs to be returned, please notify us by email first to firstname.lastname@example.org.

All products come with a 3 months warranty, where our in-house facilities are able to process all returns for a quick and efficient all round service. Within 7 days starting the day after receipt of goods, if your goods are faulty we will offer a prompt replacement of the relevant components (parts) or a brand new unit, subject to availability. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse. We must be notified of the fault within 7 days starting the day after receipt of goods and proof of purchase MUST be provided. If your purchase develops a fault after 7 days and within its 3 month guarantee we will arrange to repair and return the product to you free of charge. Please note it may take up to 28 working days or longer for repairs to be undertaken, depending on the manufacturer and complexity of the problem (e.g. availability of required parts).
